The dirty water goes into the 100% cotton pads. If you look at their example on the soiled area they couldn’t mash that into to the carpet to “hide” it for example.. most heavens best companies will go to your home do a demo of the worst area of your home and if you ate happy they will leave, no hard feelings. Rest assure you will not be dissappointed;)!
